Wedding Submissions

Here at Jewish Brides, we are passionate about quality and curating relevant content specific to the needs of our audience planning their dream wedding. We are also 100% committed to telling vendor stories to its very best potential. Therefore, it's very important to us that we are true to our brand with all our features.
At this time we aim to publish visual stories of real Jewish weddings and brides from all over the United States and Canada. However, we welcome wedding stories from outside the United States if you feel your wedding submission can serve as a real story of inspiration to our readers.
With that said, we do have a certain aesthetic we gravitate towards and we suggest you look over some of our recent posts on our social media to give yourself an idea of what we like. Remember, just as girls love a wedding dress and beautifully composed images, we find that our brides love seeing floral set-up, party favors, invitations, and decor details as well as beautiful venue scapes. So when making your submission don't be shy to show it all.
These are the types of submissions we are currently looking for:
- Real, recent Jewish weddings from NYC, Miami, LA, Chicago, Boston, and pretty much anywhere in the United States.
- Editorial/Inspiration shoots that showcase a product or a service you think our brides will love.
- Engagement & Anniversary shoots (please note these are featured over the weekend spots)
- Lifestyle (this includes travel features, entertaining features and holiday-related stories, honeymoon, vacation destinations, studio tours, creative behind the scenes features)
We DO NOT feature any family, maternity or newborn shoots at this time.
How to submit
We respect your time and we want to make the submission process as easy for everyone as possible. Therefore, to save time on the back and forth after we choose your submission for a feature, we ask that you take the time to fill in all the relevant info we need to make your feature shine from the start. Please remember, brides want to connect with vendors who work well with others, therefore submitting a wedding or a feature with all the vendors involved will give your submission a greater chance of being selected.
To submit to us, simply fill out the form below. Please ensure it is a curated selection of no more than 100 images (for engagements & anniversary shoots no more than 50). We DO NOT want to see full galleries. If we feel your submission is missing something, we will ask for more.) We prefer dropbox, pixieset or pass galleries (please NO google drive or zipped files).
We reply to ALL submissions, however, due to the high volume we receive it can take us up to 14 days to get back to you. After the 14 days if you still have not had a response and would like to send it elsewhere, feel free to send us a friendly email and nudge us along.
As of right now, we are accepting submissions without limit. Meaning you can submit as many weddings as stories as you wish. However, Please keep in mind that we give priority to our Vendor Collective which will be launching alongside our beautifully curated blog very soon. A few notes
- We do prefer to receive submissions from the photographer directly, however, if you are not the photographer, please ensure you have permission from them before you send it through. For a real wedding please ensure the couple has also given you permission.
- If we are unable to post the content you submit or don't feel that it is suitable, please do not be discouraged. There are many blogs out there that cover all different styles. It may just mean that we are not the best fit for your work at this time or that our calendar is booked up. However, we hope you will still consider us for future submissions to share with our readers.
- Please ensure there are no watermarks on your images.
- We do want to ensure we have a story to go alongside our real wedding features so please check that your couples are happy to share details with us before you submit.
- Wedding videos: we only feature films that are part of a full photo feature. To submit one please ensure the photographer has the video link or embed code to add to the submission. We suggest keeping films to a maximum of 5 minutes.
